In France, if you have no money to pay, they cut your water...Imagine poor people without water..Diseases ...free water for ALL!

@tb504david Right, what do you think that happens with the melting icecaps and glaciers? Groundwaterreserves, as in Libia, aren't infinite.

see i never understood this argument... as if america is gonna ship over billions of gallons of water to africa? it's just not gonna happen. It doesn't matter how much water MEDCs use, at all. Me watering my lawn all day is NOT gonna deprive some african kid of clean drinking water because the world just doesn't work that way. Nice 'transparency' GOOD..
