@CrimsonCatacombs you can always sterilize it i sterilized mine and i got no infection when i had a pro put ink in my skin but it does hurt a little more than regular ones but you could mod one of those real tattoo needles to fit that i did it but my cam broke

india ink works great for this...its cheap, u can buy it from craft stores....its like 399 a bottle

I have three money sign tattoos on the bottom of my right foot because I used a sharpie. Sharpies are painless and much easier, you don't have to put anything together just get a sharpie pen and draw. It takes 2-3 days to come off so it's a temorary tattoo, but painless!
