He is definately a legend and a mastermind. His speed is incredible, breaking all the rules.In my opinion he could be the top guitarist ever if he could play slower solos just like he plays what he plays.

Malmsteen is a skilled guitar player. That's about it. His songs only go so far as you appreciate his technical ability, so it's sort of pathetic that so many of you would be so ornery to someone who listens to music for something besides the spectacle of it. At least the Metallica fans are nice, you guys are just dicks :/
