@hatke159: No, it's your logic that is flawed. Shakti Kapoor may have used the casting couch to fulfill his sexual desires, but he DID NOT FORCE HIMSELF on that woman, which would amount to rape- a crime. I am not condoning what he did, but to equate him with Osama and Kasab- who KILLED innocent people, is a rancid strawman.
