@Ksherl97 Go down?..... Go up. I've been surfing for 20 years, I've had about 10 boards since i started and they got bigger every time. Longboards are the way to go brother, and the best part is when the waves are small you can still go out. I ride a 10' 1" and i'll never ride a short board again unless i move to cali. or hawaii which is never gonna happen. But it really comes down to personal choice. Peace..... and keep sufing. i am 5'4 140 lbs and have been surfing for 2 years i have a 6'0 board and want to go down to a smaller board any suggestions on size and type of board and company
